GFI MAX RemoteManagement US dashboard – resolved

Hello,

We have identified and resolved a problem in our application that would cause significant slowdown of all dashboard and agent upload processing. The immediate issue is resolved and we will investigate other possible occurances of the same problem throughout the product and all system instances.

In addition to that, there was an unexpected problem while restarting a server for recovery which has also been addressed.

We would like to apologize to our customers for any inconveniences caused.
