MAX RemoteManagement – Problems accessing Asset Tracking

Hi Everyone,

We are aware of a problem accessing the Asset Tracking UI from the View Menu since last night’s update, depending on the URL you use to access your Dashboard. We are working on a fix for this right now and will post an update later this morning.

In the meantime, if you are receicing a 404 page not found error when you try to access Asset Tracking UI, remove the second “dashboard” from the URL so that

https://dashboard.systemmonitor.co.uk/dashboard/assettracking.php

becomes

https://dashboard.systemmonitor.co.uk/assettracking.php
