MAX RemoteManagement – PayPal Payment Notice

Dear Customers,

We wish to make you aware of an issue with the PayPal link that was included in the October invoice email. A set of characters was inadvertently changed in the URL causing it to break (specifically: ‘%23’ URL encoding was accidentally substituted for the hash character ‘#’).

In order to pay with PayPal, we kindly request you use the PayPal link in the Dashboard, which works correctly. In the MAX RM Dashboard, please go to Reports > Pricing > View Invoices, select the invoice you wish to pay, and click “Pay with PayPal”. Once you select “Pay with PayPal”, you will have the option to pay with card or via a PayPal account.
