MAX ServiceDesk 1.95

Hi All,

We’re pleased to announce the recent release of ServiceDesk 1.95, which focuses on QuickBooks integration enhancements and some minor improvements since the 1.9 release.

Key Enhancements

  • QuickBooks Product Codes supported on Rate Cards/Inventory
  • QuickBooks Export Enhancements
  • Reports and Exports support Custom Fields
  • Organisation Name displayed on Ticket Listings

Issues Fixed

  • German Date issue on Time Edit not saving correctly
  • Implement default queue selection on New Ticket forms.
  • Fix the View History on Staff Assignment
  • Merge tickets, sets the primary ticket subject to easily identify a merged parent ticket
  • Fix editing Scheduled Tickets with no Organisation
  • Ability to clear custom Welcome message in branding
