We’re planning to perform systems maintenance to MAX RemoteManagement on Saturday, 14 November, in keeping with our monthly maintenance schedule.
The schedule for this maintenance work is as follows:
- Territory Europe – 9:00pm to 1:00am GMT
- Territory North/South America – 2:00am to 6:00am ET
- Territory Asia Pacific – 9:00pm to 1:00am AEST
We anticipate a brief interruption of service at the start of the maintenance window of about 15 minutes, due to patch reboots on some of our network equipment. Any service impact will be kept to a minimum, and we don’t expect further disruption during the rest of the maintenance period.
The services on end-point devices such as Managed Antivirus, Patch Management, Managed Online Backup and Web Protection are not affected and will continue to perform as usual during this period.
