MAX RM v6.12.3 is live… enhanced Managed Online Backup becomes GA

Today, we’re pleased to announce that Agent v9.13.4 becomes generally available (GA). It means that the recent feature enhancements to Managed Online Backup can be rolled out to all devices, so you can take advantage of improvements to performance, speed and functionality in the Backup Manager console.

The update is being made live across the Dashboard territories so that it will be available to all customers by Thursday 28th. Use the ‘Agent Auto Update’ option on the ‘Agent’ menu to upgrade your devices to the latest Agent version.

Together with the recent addition of Bare Metal Recovery and access to MAX Backup’s Virtual Drive and Recovery Console tools, MAX RemoteManagement now offers a complete end-to-end business continuity and disaster recovery service, the only RMM service to do so.

We’re also pleased to share that Take Control for OSX will go GA in the first week of February. The introduction of remote access support for the Mac, along with the just-announced acquisition of Mac-MSP, kick starts our 2016 program to ensure that MAX RemoteManagement is the premier solution for Macs in the industry. More feature updates will follow soon, subscribe to this blog to make sure you stay up to date.
