MAX RM: Scheduled Maintenance, weekend of Saturday 13 February

We’re planning to perform systems maintenance to MAX RemoteManagement on Saturday, February 13. The schedule for this maintenance work is as follows:

  • Territory Europe – 9:00pm to 1:00am GMT
  • Territory North/South America – 2:00am to 6:00am ET
  • Territory Asia Pacific – 9:00pm to 1:00am AEST

During this time, the Dashboard in the European region will not be available for extended periods. Other territories are expected to experience temporary interruptions to services.

In addition, we’ll be performing systems maintenance to the Mobile Device Management (MDM) component in MAX RM on Sunday, February 14, with the same schedule:

  • Territory Europe – 9:00pm to 1:00am GMT
  • Territory North/South America – 2:00am to 6:00am ET
  • Territory Asia Pacific – 9:00pm to 1:00am AEST

This update only affects the MDM service in the US Dashboard, other regions are not affected. During this time we expect some performance interruption to MDM and potentially to the main Dashboard.

The services on end-point devices such as Managed Antivirus, Patch Management, Managed Online Backup and Web Protection are not affected and will continue to perform as usual during these periods.
