MAX ServiceDesk 2.6 Release

We are pleased to announce the release of MAX ServiceDesk 2.6, now available on all installations. Please find the release notes below.

New release of MAX ServiceDesk, including Custom Fields for Customers and Customer Contacts, Search additions and Bug Fixes

Custom Fields

Custom fields for Customer and Customer Contacts are now available in General Settings. These are only displayed if set or are required. Required fields with a default value are automatically applied to all Customers or Contacts.
