We’re planning to perform systems maintenance to MAX Remote Management on Saturday, 11th June. The schedule for this maintenance work is as follows:
- Territory Europe – 8:00pm to 12:00am GMT
- Territory North/South America – 2:00am to 6:00am EDT
- Territory Asia Pacific – 9:00pm to 1:00am AEST
During this time, the MAX Remote Management Dashboard may be slow to respond and customers may experience intermittent issues when trying to log in. We’ll aim to keep any service disruption to a minimum.
Services on end-point devices, including Managed Antivirus, Patch Management, Managed Online Backup and Web Protection, are not affected and will continue to perform as normal during these periods.
