MAX RM, MAX Mail: Reports of Level3 and Comcast Issue in US region

We’ve been made aware of problems affecting Level3 and Comcast services in the US region overnight, which may cause devices to show offline or overdue in the MAX RM Dashboard, and which may also affect the MAX Mail service.

It appears the issue is being resolved, as evident on http://downdetector.com/status/comcast-xfinity and http://downdetector.com/status/level3.
