MSP RMM: Managed Antivirus (Bitdefender) Outage – US/Americas Only – RESOLVED

Further to our previous post, the outage with Managed Antivirus (Bitdefender) has now been fully resolved.  It has been loading intermittently throughout the day.  Endpoints remained protected during this time, however the dashboard was not able to accurately display the south pane for the Antivirus tab or reflect new installations.  New installations were working and downloading definitions, however, the dashboard remained in a pending state.  This impacted the US/Americas region only and did not impact other MSP RMM Services.  We apologize for this inconvenience.
