MSP RMM:  Managed Antivirus (Bitdefender) not loading in RM Dashboard for Americas region – RESOLVED

Further to our previous post, the issue in the Americas impacting Managed Antivirus (Bitdefender) is now resolved.  We experienced a connectivity issue between our backend database and application servers. This was escalated to our hosting provider, who resolved the problem and restored connectivity.  We apologize for this inconvenience.
