MSP Backup & Recovery: Scheduled Maintenance, Thursday 25th May

We will be performing a Cloud Service restart to update our Management Server infrastructure to version 17.5 SP1 on Thursday, 25th May.

The work will affect the availability of the Web-based Backup & Disaster Recovery Console as well as the legacy Cloud Management Console (CMC) for the standalone edition of MSP Backup & Recovery as well as the version of MSP Backup & Recovery integrated with SolarWinds MSP N-Central , for a maximum of 30 minutes between 10:30 AM and 11:00 AM GMT time.

Backups on end-point devices will continue working as normal and are not affected by this maintenance.

The version of Backup & Recovery integrated with MSP Remote Management is not affected.

The maintenance schedule is as follows:

Worldwide – May 25, 2017  – 10:30am to 11:00am GMT
