Windows devices need to be patched immediately if they are missing a critical Windows patch, to protect from the current ransomware attack.
Specifically, on May 12, 2017 a new strain of the Ransom.CryptXXX (WannaCry) strain of ransomware began spreading widely impacting a large number of organizations, particularly in Europe. Continue reading

We’re planning to perform database maintenance to MSP Remote Monitoring & Management on Saturday, 13th May. The work will affect RMM Dashboard access and services in the German territory. Other regions are not affected. As is our normal practice, the work will be performed out of office hours to minimise disruption.
The maintenance schedule is as follows:
- Germany – 10:00pm to 11:00pm CET
