Issues with Filtering Component of MAX Mail

In the last half hour or so, our monitoring has detected issues affecting MAX Mail for both inbound and outbound message processing.  Our engineers have tracked this down to one of the third-party technologies used in the service.  That component, Commtouch, which is used to help assess IP reputation, as well as for spam and virus filtering, is currently nonresponsive.
