This morning’s maintenance was completed within the allocated window. There was a single period of downtime during the first hour of the maintenance window. However, the processing of uploads and sending of email alerts quickly resumed with the Dashboard responding normally.
Some customers may have incorrectly received “No communication from Managed Antivirus Agent” email alerts and there was also a delay in sending “Data Overdue” email alerts for some servers that stopped uploading data overnight. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused as a result of this.
We will continue to monitor the situation throughout the coming days, but we are confident that this maintenance will have a positive impact on the performance of the US Instance of GFI MAX RemoteManagement.
