GFI MAX RemoteManagement – US Instance – Performance Problems

Hi Everone,

The US instance of GFI MAX RemoteManagement is currently experiencing performance problems which are impacting the initial load time and responsiveness of the Dashboard and causing delays processing Agent uploads and sending email alerts.

A recently completed performance audit has identified a number of areas where the US system instance can be tuned to improve performance and we plan to implement these changes to configuration parameters during a maintenance window overnight in the early hours of Thursday 18th October.

4am – 6am EDT
3am – 5am CDT
1am – 3am PDT

Any downtime during the maintenance window should be momentary. In the meantime, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience with us during this matter.

Please note that today’s performance problems are unrelated to the problem that affected the availability of the Dashboard via primary URLs on Monday.
