GFI MAX RemoteManagement – Australia instance – intermittent performance problems – update 4

Hi Everyone,

The maintenance activities over the weekend would appear to have improved the situation somewhat, but not alleviated the responsiveness of the Dashboard, especially at peak times during the day. We are continuing to work on this and have made a number of changes to the configuration of our frontend server infrastructure, which we hope will get the responsiveness of the Dashboard back to normal operating levels. We will be monitoring the situation throughout and again thank you for your patience during this time.
