Database Replication Issues for MAX Mail

2:15am Pacific — Our engineers have been troubleshooting database replication issues in two of our data centers.  In particular, a subset of the message handling filters did not properly receive the replicated configuration data, for a period of roughly 45 minutes beginning at approximately 1:00am Pacific time.  This may have caused a few messages routed through those systems during that time period to be blocked with an “R4” response code.  We believe that the issue has been resolved, and we do not expect a recurrence.

We will continue to monitor and to take any other corrective action necessary.
