GFI MAX RemoteManagement – Dashboard v5.41.1 – MAX ServiceDesk

I am delighted to announce that we are in the process of releasing GFI MAX RemoteManagement Dashboard v5.41.1 which enables integration with MAX ServiceDesk. It is being released overnight, such that it will be available before start of working day Tuesday 10th December. Full release notes are as follows.   • UPDATE: Setup an instance of MAX ServiceDesk from Dashboard
  • UPDATE: Automatically create staff agents in MAX ServiceDesk for Dashboard users
  • UPDATE: Automatically create organisations in MAX ServiceDesk for Dashboard clients
  • UPDATE: Automatically create assets in MAX ServiceDesk for servers and workstations
  • UPDATE: Automatically create users in MAX ServiceDesk for client view-only Dashboard users
  • UPDATE: Create tickets in MAX ServiceDesk when checks fail (automatically or manually)
  • UPDATE: Configure priority, queue and due-date offset for tickets created in MAX ServiceDesk
  • UPDATE: Close tickets in MAX ServiceDesk when checks pass (automatically or manually) or are cleared
  • UPDATE: Record notes and time against open tickets in MAX ServiceDesk from Dashboard
