We now believe that we have identified the issue that was causing some devices to intermittently report that a reboot was required to complete the uninstallation of Managed Antivirus (only for Managed Antivirus to subsequently reinstall on next 24×7 cycle). We believe that this stems from a misconfiguration recovering from a maintenance window to replace a battery in a RAID controller card and only impacts customers in some mainland European countries (including Netherlands and Scandanavia). We have resolved the misconfiguration and are working with support to verify that the devices impacted recover successfully. A further update will be posted with full details of problem once we have verified that it is indeed resolved.
