We are continuing to monitor the performance of check processing and sending of email alerts in our US instance. While performance is better than yesterday, regrettably some customers will continue to experience long delays in checks uploading in their Dashboard. We are currently trying to manage the problem, while at the same time working on a permanent solution, the timelines for which will be posted tomorrow. We do appreciate how frustrating this must be for you and apologize for the inconvenience.
