We have been working on our US infrastructure over the past 24 hours, tuning the underlying OS and our application. We have again seen an improvement in performance, but unfortunately our own internal monitoring shows that this has still not been sufficient to eliminate all delays updating checks in the Dashboard entirely.
Furthermore, we are seeing a temporary problem registering new Agents and downloading Agent updates or device features (e.g. Patch Management) for some customers in US. All available resources are working on this with a view to resolving very shortly.
We have a number of other changes we wish to make to our US infrastructure that, based on today’s observations, we believe will eliminate the remaining delays we are seeing processing check uploads. We intend to roll these out out-of-hours over the remainder of this week and hope that as of next week, no further delays will be observed.
