Slow Network Performance at California Data Center

4:15 PM Pacific — Our monitoring has detected some latency and packet loss at the California data center, caused by a denial of service attack against another organization with a common upstream provider.  Customers may experience slow responsiveness of the control panel, and/or slight delays in inbound or outbound messages directed through that data center.  Should the network issues continue, we will redirect traffic elsewhere.
