Take Control connection issues

Dear customers,

we are at this time investigating connection issues to the TeamViewer infrastructure affecting customers trying to use the Take Control feature. We are working with our colleagues at TeamViewer to resolve ASAP.

Update 8:40 UTC: Server problem confirmed on the TeamViewer side, this is being worked on.
Update 10:30 UTC: We have received confirmation that the service is being restored right now, and it will be approximately 10 to 20 minutes for all features to be up.
Update 11:20 UTC: We see a mix of working and non-working connections. TeamViewer is aware and is continuing to work on this.
Update 11:30 UTC: Some client still affected, ETA 20 minutes or more.
Update 13:00 UTC: We have received infomation that the service has been restored.
