We have become aware of some problems retrieving specific assets from Connectwise infrastructure (specifically the WSDL file required for us to call the Connectwise Web Service API) and as such, some customers may experience problems registering new Agents, raising tickets and configuring the integration.
We are working with our partners in Connectwise to resolve and will post further details as it becomes available. In the meantime, on behalf of GFI and Connectwise, we apologize for this inconvenience.
