issues connecting to Take Control / TeamViewer (resolved)

Dear customers,

we are investigating issues using Take Control / TeamViewer from the dashboard. This seems to be network related and widespread. Updates to follow.

Update 20:48 UTC: Verified networking problems outside of US dashboard, with a trans-atlantic carrier or TeamViewer DC. Seems to be improving just now, verifying.
Update 20:57 UTC: The problem is resolved. All indications point to a carrier problem across the Atlantic or further in Europe based on observations from independent systems.
