Overnight we will be releasing Dashboard v5.43 which includes our new WebProtection feature and support for Two-Factor Authentication. While we are deploying this release, it will not be possible for customers in the Asia-Pacific region to use the Dashboard login form on www.gfimax.com to login to their Dashboards.

Instead, customers in Australia and New Zealand can login to their Dashboard directly via https://dashboard.system-monitor.com

Customers in Hong Kong and other Asian countries can login to their Dashboard directly via https://dashboardasia.system-monitor.com

These special instructions are only applicable for a few short hours while we update the Dashboard and we expect full and normal service to resume by the start of your working day on Wednesday 4th June.
