Availability of some features recovering in UK

Dear customers,

We are aware of widespread problems in our infrastructure affecting the following product features:

  • MAX Desk / Service Desk UK/EMEA
  • processing of Web Monitoring data UK/EMEA
  • persistent connections and Remote Background Monitoring features UK/EMEA

The services are in the process of recovering, we will give an update once we have more information.

Update 16:45 UTC: MAX Desk / Service Desk is restored, Web Monitoring processing restored, Remote Background Management available and restoring to full capacity.

Update 17:15 UTC: All services are back online. We apologize for any inconvenience caused
