US instance false positive overdue device alerts

Dear customers,

we have identified an issue which may have caused false positive overdue device alerts for some customers on the US dashboard. An immediate solution is in place for this not to re-occur, and we are correcting the underlying issue with urgency.

We would like to apologize for any convenience caused over the weekend.

Update: The underlying issue has been resolved.
