MAX RM – Email Domain and SPF Configuration Change

Dear Customers,

We want to let you know that we’ll soon be updating the email addresses in the MAX RM Dashboard to use the MAXfocus company email domains, @maxfocus.com and @logicnow.com. For example, [email protected] will become [email protected]

To ensure there is no interruption in communications you may wish to add the @maxfocus.com and @logicnow.com domains to your email whitelist.

If you are sending emails from your own domains, using the Mail Templates feature, then we also wish to ask you to adjust your SPF configuration, as listed below. This is to ensure that you can continue to send e-mail reports and alerts from the MAX RemoteManagement product using an address in your domain as the sender. Both configurations are active now and will remain so until the end of November 2014 at which time the previous entries will no longer be available.

e.g. example.com TXT “v=spf1 […] a:usmailers.logicnow.com –all”

demaxmailers.gfi.com -> demailers.logicnow.com (Germany)
eumaxmailers.gfi.com -> eumailers.logicnow.com (EMEA, Ireland, France)
ukmaxmailers.gfi.com -> ukmailers.logicnow.com (UK)
usmaxmailers.gfi.com -> usmailers.logicnow.com (US)
aumaxmailers.gfi.com -> aumailers.logicnow.com (Australia/NZ)
hkmaxmailers.gfi.com -> hkmailers.logicnow.com (Hong Kong/Asia)

We would like to ask for your understanding for these necessary changes and hope that the migration period gives you ample time to update and verify your configuration.

Many thanks

The MAXfocus Team
