Resolution of Issues at California Datacenter

12:15 PM Pacific — The redistribution of message traffic has resolved the slow message processing times, and our monitoring has shown all systems to be operating at normal levels for at least the last 45 minutes.  We are continuing to monitor and to investigate the source of the issue.  During the affected timeframe, some messages that were directed through that datacenter would have been delayed but no messages would have been lost.  We apologize for any inconvenience.
