MAX RM App Control Service Release 1.31

General Improvements

  • The organization tree legend is updated with a hierarchy and labels
  • For O365, the assigned user can edit the Send As permissions
  • Improved user experience when entering multiple values on edit dialogs

MAX Mail Service Improvements

  • LDAP authentication for users – customers may now configure LDAP authentication without leaving MAX RM
  • Mail Traffic Widget now will show the date range
  • MAX Mail customers may set a default retention policy
  • “Domain Archive Delivery Address” is now visible on domain info boxes
  • Full IMAP Archiving Journaling configuration options are available
  • When creating a new user, only the organizations that apply to that domain are shown
  • When editing the Client, IP address ranges used in configuring outbound SMTP traffic are included on a separate tab called “Mail IP Ranges”

Defect Fixes (All areas) 

  • Validation Error messages persist through client switching. – Fixed
  • Error on organisation tree “object reference not set to an instance of an object”  – Fixed
  • Print function: 1st time clicking print displays a blank page – Fixed
  • O365 Syndication accounts failing to connect – fixed
  • Inbound Spam Handling Field -> ‘DELIVERY ADDRESS FOR DETECTED SPAM’ field needs to require the entered text to be a valid email address – Fixed
  • Services: Switching client when viewing Users can leave “wrong” data on display – Fixed
  • Inbound Spam Handling Field -> ‘DELIVERY ADDRESS FOR DETECTED SPAM’ field needs to require the entered text to be a valid email address – Fixed
  • Resolved a bug with multi-domain google accounts with duplicate users between the two domains – Fixed
  • Mail Traffic Tab reporting duplicate data – Fixed
