We’re pleased to announce that with today’s Dashboard release we’re starting the roll-out of Live Chat, a brand new way for you to engage with our technical support team.
Customers with access to LOGICnow support will soon be able to connect directly to our 24×7 team of experts through the Live Chat window. Reach out for advice, create a new customer support case or check the status of an existing one, all right there from the Dashboard in a way that’s quick and convenient.
We plan to roll Live Chat out across customer Dashboards in the next couple of weeks. Once enabled for your Dashboard, you’ll automatically see the option to launch Live Chat when you request help from the Help dropdown menu.

* Dashboard v6.9.9 will roll out across territories at different times. All Dashboards will receive the update by Dec 4th, with some updated on Dec 3rd.
