We’re planning to perform systems maintenance to MAX Remote Management on Saturday, 14th May. The schedule for this maintenance work is as follows:
- Territory Europe – 8:00pm to 12:00am GMT
- Territory North/South America – 2:00am to 6:00am EDT
- Territory Asia Pacific – 9:00pm to 1:00am AEST
During this time, customers may experience some service disruption to the Remote Background Management and the Mobile Device Management features in the MAX RM Dashboard. No other features are effected, and users will be able to log into the MAX RM Dashboard as normal during the maintenance window.
Services on end-point devices, including Managed Antivirus, Patch Management, Managed Online Backup and Web Protection, are not affected and will continue to perform as normal during these periods.
