Later today the LOGICnow Technical Support team will be making the necessary changes to transition the support email address from [email protected] to [email protected]. Once this change is made all emails sent by the Tech Support team will be sent from [email protected] with a MIME FROM name of Solarwinds MSP Support. If you have an open case with us you can still reply to[email protected] and your email will be routed to the appropriate case, however, please note that effective October 1, 2016 this email address will no longer work. Therefore we recommend you update your contacts database at your earliest convenience.
We also recommend that you add [email protected] to your whitelist to prevent important emails about your case from going to spam.
