We’re planning to perform systems maintenance to MAX Remote Management on Saturday 8th October, and Sunday 9th October. As is our normal practice, the work will be performed out of office hours for each region. The maintenance schedule is as follows:
- UK & Europe – 9:00pm to 1:00am BST, Oct 8
- North & South America – 2:00am to 6:00am EDT, Oct 9
- Hong Kong & Asia Pacific – 9:00pm to 1:00am AEST, Oct 8
During the maintenance window, the North & South America territories will experience some disruption in service to the MAX RM Dashboard.
The other territories may see a temporary disruption in service during the maintenance window, though we don’t expect any prolonged downtime to the Dashboard.
Other services on end-point devices, including Patch Management, Managed Antivirus (MAV), Managed Online Backup, are not affected and will continue to perform as normal during these periods.
