We’re investigating a Dashboard login issue related to the login pages on the SolarWinds MSP and former MAXfocus websites. You can still log into the Dashboard as normal via a set of alternative URLs, which are linked to below. If you’re already using one of those links or have bookmarked a custom URL then you won’t be affected by this issue.

At the moment the SolarWinds MSP website login page and the previous MAXfocus website login page  are returning an error for the RMM Dashboard.  Please use the the appropriate URL for your region on this help page instead.

These are working as normal and will give you Dashboard access. The issue is being investigated we’ll resolve it as soon as we can. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
