We’re planning to perform systems maintenance to MSP Remote Monitoring & Management on Saturday, 26th November. The work will only impact the Asia-Pacific region, other areas are not affected. As is our normal practice, the work will be performed out of office hours to minimise any disruption.
The maintenance schedule is as follows:
- Asia-Pacific – 9:00pm to 1:00am AEST
During this time we’ll be performing database migrations and systems maintenance. We expect some service disruption of up to an hour, during which time the MSP RMM Dashboard may not be available.
Services on end-point devices, including Managed Antivirus, Patch Management, Managed Online Backup and Web Protection, are not affected and will continue to perform as normal during this period.
