We’re planning to perform systems maintenance to MSP Remote Monitoring & Management on Saturday, 10th December. The work will only impact the ‘Remote Background Management’ feature in the RMM Dashboard in the North and South America region. Other features and regions are not affected. As is our normal practice, the work will be performed out of office hours to minimise any disruption.
The maintenance schedule is as follows:
- North & South America – 2:00am to 6:00am EDT, Dec 10th
During this time, we’ll be performing systems maintenance to the ‘Remote Background Management’ feature. We expect downtime of approximately one hour to the feature, at which point it won’t be available for use.
Services on end-point devices, including Managed Antivirus, Patch Management, Managed Online Backup and Web Protection, are not affected and will continue to perform as normal during this period.
