We are currently experiencing issues with the Managed Antivirus (Bitdefender) services in the Americas regions for the MSP RMM Dashboard. This impacts the Antivirus tab in the South Pane, Policy management, and reporting. This does not impact the Bitdefender services on the local endpoint. Devices will continue checking for definitions and scanning according to schedule.
We are looking into the issue now and working with our hosting provider. This impacts the Americas dashboard only. No other regions are impacted. We will post a resolve message when this is fully corrected. We apologize for this inconvenience.
