We’re pleased to announce that the latest Web Protection release, v5.1 has now been released to the AP region, and will roll-out to all remaining territories by next Monday, 22-May-2017.

Web Protection Agent v5.1 Changes
FEATURE: Add IP range capability to policy whitelist
Whitelist and Blacklist dialogs in the Web Protection policy now support IPv4 addresses. You can now use classless inter-domain routing (CIDR) notation to whitelist and blacklist IPv4 addresses.
FEATURE: Include Local Network Traffic Option
Greater control over the granularity of network traffic is now possible. The default is the expected behavior to not to include local network traffic. Only enable this feature if you wish to perform content filtering on local network traffic.
FEATURE: Update Agent Certification – now signed by SolarWinds
BUGFIX: Manual selection of Category in Report Builder Fails
