SolarWinds RMM: Update on Agent Download IP Addresses (Informational)

We’re updating our systems to continue to ensure we provide consistent, highly available and high speed downloads of the Agent and other supporting software. We’ll be switching to proprietary systems instead of using Amazon CloudFront for this capability, as previously announced.  We expect to complete the switch-over inside the next two weeks, at which point it will no longer be necessary to whitelist the CloudFront IP addresses that were mentioned in the earlier status post.

The download URLs for the three global regions remain unchanged. If you’re using a restrictive firewall, then please ensure these are whitelisted:
