January 23rd: Support System Outage – RESOLVED

As you may know, Salesforce is experiencing a widespread outage. As a result, some customers are experiencing intermittent error messages when trying to reach/access support via all support channels. Our self-help options are also affected at this time. We’re aware of the issue and our vendor is working to resolve the issue with the highest priority. We appreciate your patience and will update you as soon as we have more information.

UPDATE: Phone systems have been restored, but other support channels are still experiencing issues.
