SolarWinds RMM: Service & Feature Release

Hi Everybody,

I’m pleased to confirm we’re some 2/3rds of the way through rolling this week’s RMM update out to customers, with just the US / Americas region left to go next week.
This week’s release prepares us for our global upgrade from MAV-BD v5 to MAV-BD v6.

The Release Candidate (RC) option to “Enable Bitdefender v6” from the Managed Antivirus menu will be removed with this update.  To learn more about the upgrade to MAV-BD v6, please see the links at the bottom of this post.
Dashboard v2018.08.17
UPDATE:  MAV-BD RC option to “Enable Bitdefender v6” from the right click menu will be removed as we prepare for the global upgrade.  New installations will continue to deploy v6 during this time.
UPDATE: Option to resend a user’s pending URL verification email for SSO when adding new users or resetting passwords
BUGFIX: Ensure the date/time in the Take Control report reflects the device’s respective time zone.

To learn more about our previous MAV-BD v6 updates, please review our earlier posts from the links below.  The MAV-BD v6 upgrade will require a reboot.  Review your MAV-BD policy settings to ensure your upgrade and reboot options are set as desired.
