MSP Manager Update – 9/27/2018

MSP Manager Update: During our 9/27/2018 update, we did not release any new feature functionality.

 We have fixed the following bugs: 

  • Frequent logins
  • Inability to make appointments for equivalent of 12:00 am UTC
  • Customer is marked as non-taxable but tickets are still being taxed

**Note** We initially posted that the following issue was resolved.  This was a mistake, this fix was not ready or deployed during this update.

  • Inability to import tickets from Service Desk when Staff Agents, Assets or Contacts were deleted

We are working on a solution to this issue, so keep an eye on our upcoming publishes for when this issue officially gets solved.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
