This week, we also published fixes to the following bugs:
- MSPM integrated with RMM isn’t auto closing tickets when outage resolves.
- Tickets created from the RMM integration are not being assigned to a user.
- Standard User is able to see Rates and Service Items even though all Billing options have been removed.
