MSP Manager Update – Release Notes

We’ve updated some of our exports:

  • ‘Created by’, Contact Name, Title and Email columns were added to Ticket List and Ticket Report exports
  • A ‘raw’ export is now available for the helpdesk ticket list, time entries and invoices which excludes the currency symbol from the amounts, allowing better import into non-integrated accounting systems

Today’s update addresses the below issues:

  • Ticket details date incorrect, causing sorting issues
  • AU locale billed tickets report date not following AU date format
  • Xero integration default mappings fields not populating
  • Appointment summary is incorrect if assigning appointment to a specific user after creation
  • Workspaces ticket search field changes typed search to [object object]
