We’re pleased to let you know that this week’s RMM release is now available in all the territories. In this update we have a new Patch Management Engine along with a couple of improvements for Managed Antivirus. Note that devices on the latest Patch Management service (from Agent 10.8.10 and up) automatically receive these latest enhancements.
- Important: Make sure you update the agent version on all your devices regularly to take advantage of feature updates, bug fixes and security enhancements. Go to ‘Agent’ > ‘Agent Auto-update Settings’ to upgrade your devices.
We’d also like to remind you that we’re in the process of retiring Patch Management’s old ‘Approval Policy’ dialog in favor of the recently enhanced ‘Management Workflow’ option (see previous posts for details). In addition, we recently added ‘Zoom’ to Patch Management’s 3rd party patch library so you can now use RMM to keep the app up to date.
