SolarWinds RMM: Scheduled Maintenance June 13th with IP Address Change – Hong Kong Territory

Please note that on Saturday 13th June we’ll be undertaking technical migration work for the Hong Kong territory. During the scheduled maintenance window, the RMM dashboard and agent monitoring will be offline. All services will automatically resume once the maintenance is complete.

The scheduled maintenance window is:

Dates and times:  Saturday 13th June 22:00 HKT until Sunday 14th June 02:00 HKT
Territory: RMM Hong Kong territory only. Other regions are not affected by this update.
Affected: RMM dashboard access and Agent monitoring

If you have a restrictive firewall configuration, and need to explicitly authorize outbound traffic, please make sure the relevant IP addresses are added to your firewall whitelist:

  • RMM Dashboard and inbound Agent traffic will now be running on:
    • 52.62.146.171
    • 13.237.15.16
    • 3.24.252.16
    • 3.106.110.163
    • 52.62.90.19
    • 54.79.48.5
  • Callbacks to agents will come from:
    • 52.64.16.11
    • 3.104.135.23
    • 13.54.5.53
  • Customers using the Linux agent will need to restart the agent after the maintenance period is complete
  • URLs used to access the RMM dashboard will not change
